Auction Rules
Auction Time
Daily auctions start at each hour between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
Auctions are typically 60 minutes long.
Anti-Sniping
If a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds, the auction will automatically extend by 2 minutes.
This time extension may repeat if additional last-minute bids are placed.
Account/Bidding
Enter “New Account” to create WetPets account and receive Reward Points upon sign-up.
Log into “My Account” to place bids.
Checkout/Payment
After winning, review your active auction wins and complete checkout in “My Account” → “Cart“. Payment is due within 24 hours of winning.
Repeated non-payment may result in restrictions from future bidding and forfeiture of Reward Points.
Shipping Box
Purchasing a Shipping Box covers shipping cost. Reward Points may be used toward shipping.
All item(s) will be shipped according to your requested schedule within the next business day after payment is received.
All sales are final, with the exception of DOA’s. See “Shipping & DOA Info”.
